Notice on non conformity of 9 batches of food (No. 99 of 2015)

Recently, the State Food and Drug Administration sampled 557 batches of food, including grain and grain products, edible oil, oil and its products, vegetables and their products, baked food, tea and related products, coffee, etc., 548 batches of qualified samples and 9 batches of unqualified samples. Among them, 99 batches of edible oil, grease and their products, and 3 batches of unqualified samples, accounting for 3%; 42 batches of vegetables and their products, 2 batches of unqualified samples, accounting for 4.8%; 21 batches of baked food, 1 batch of unqualified samples, accounting for 4.8%; 63 batches of tea and related products and coffee, and 3 batches of unqualified samples, accounting for 4.8%; No unqualified samples were detected in 200 batches of grain and grain products and 132 batches of beverages. It is hereby notified as follows:

1、 The nominal production and operation units, products and unqualified indicators involved in the unqualified samples are as follows: benzo [a] pyrene exceeds the standard in 3 batches of small grinding sesame oil produced by Hengshui Shiyuan Food Co., Ltd; The selected Agaricus blazei produced by Suifenhe weiduobao Food Co., Ltd. detected that the total arsenic exceeded the standard; Lead in dried bamboo shoots produced by Longquan lvou Food Co., Ltd. exceeded the standard; The total number of colonies in banana flavored core cake produced by Jinshan Branch of Shanghai sanhuimaifeng Food Co., Ltd. exceeded the standard; Fenvalerate exceeded the standard in Fengtong Zhengshan small black tea produced by huaxiangyuan Tea Industry Co., Ltd., Hongfang Dahongpao 605 produced by Fujian Richun Industry Co., Ltd. and Tieguanyin produced by Fuzhou Qingfang Tea Industry Co., Ltd.

2、 For the unqualified products found in the above sampling inspection, the food and drug regulatory authorities of Hebei, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian and Hubei provinces (cities) where the enterprise is located have ordered the producers and operators to take measures such as off the shelf and recall in time in accordance with the provisions of the food safety law of the people's Republic of China. The State Food and drug administration requires the food and drug regulatory authorities of the above seven provinces (cities) to further investigate and deal with the producers and operators of unqualified products, find out the batch, quantity and causes of unqualified products, and formulate rectification measures. The investigation and rectification shall be reported to the State Food and Drug Administration and announced to the public before February 29, 2016.
